Growth & Marketing Lead (12-month FTC)

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The role is based in Vietnam, with flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or in-office.

What you will do

• Own Vietnam's campaign calendar and align it with regional and global priorities.
• Coordinate local Social & Creative, Design, and Community leads to deliver multi-channel campaigns on time and on brief.
• Set the media mix and lead budget allocation in partnership with the Global Growth Marketing team.
• Guide creative strategy using performance data, including decisions to scale, pause, or refresh campaigns.
• Translate media measurement data from MMM, incrementality studies, MMP, and platforms into clear strategic direction.
• Contribute to partnership strategy by identifying partners, supporting negotiations, and building an evaluation framework.

Requirements

• Well-rounded marketing experience across branding and multi-channel campaign management.
• Experience building and managing campaign calendars with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of media buying principles and modern measurement tools, including MMM, lift studies, and incrementality testing.
• Experience developing partnership strategies and negotiating with partners through signed agreements.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills and the ability to align teams without direct authority.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, multi-market environment.
