Medical Director, Dermatology, US Medical Immunology

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated US medical plans and annual budgets for Dermatology products.
• Lead medical strategy across Medical Science Liaisons, medical education, communications, publications, health outcomes, safety, and clinical research.
• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Drug Safety, global teams, and alliance partners to align strategy and execution.
• Support Phase IIIB-IV studies, investigator-sponsored trials, registries, post-marketing research, and clinical data communication.
• Review and approve medical, scientific, promotional, regulatory, training, and grant materials for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders, lead scientific advisory boards, and represent hirify.global at medical meetings and outreach events.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences, such as PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, or MD with relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant Medical Affairs experience.
• Strong record of developing and executing medical strategies in the US, preferably in Dermatology and/or Immunology.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, product launches, and lifecycle management.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design and execution, healthcare systems, regulatory and payer environments, and pharmacovigilance.
• Strong scientific judgment, communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
