Medical Director, Clinical Development (Immunology)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, United States; requires at least two days on-site per week, currently Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional on-site attendance may be required based on business needs, team priorities, or leadership direction.

Salary: $266,000–$340,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term incentive award.

• Provide medical leadership across clinical development activities for immunology therapies.
• Contribute to clinical trial design and execution.
• Monitor patient safety and interpret clinical data.
• Contribute to regulatory and scientific deliverables.
• Shape clinical development strategy for assigned assets.
• Incorporate key opinion leader insights into study design and development plans while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Therapeutic and disease-area expertise in immunology, autoimmune diseases, or inflammatory diseases.
• Experience contributing to the design and execution of clinical trials.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and support patient safety monitoring.
• Ability to contribute to regulatory and scientific documentation.
• Availability to work in a hybrid schedule in Boston with regular on-site attendance.
