What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–14 Financial Advisors and advisor trainees.
• Drive advisor performance through sales training, client acquisition, relationship growth, and financial planning development.
• Partner with Retail, Wealth, and other stakeholders to strengthen referral relationships and expand client engagement.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development for newly hired Financial Advisors.
• Monitor advisor performance, pipeline activity, and client outcomes to identify coaching and market growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to advisory, compliance, risk, and regulatory standards while fostering accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of higher education and work experience including 7 years in sales.
• At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, or work leadership experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 65 licenses.
• New York State Life/Accident and Health Insurance license.
• Position based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
