Manager, Compliance and Audit (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States

Base salary for US-based employees: $101,900–$171,690 USD annually, with potential bonus, commission, and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own and maintain compliance frameworks and the end-to-end audit lifecycle for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, C5, and other certifications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals while setting priorities and distributing work across concurrent audits and initiatives.
• Improve compliance processes in alignment with NIST and other applicable regulatory frameworks and best practices.
• Assess readiness for emerging compliance obligations and integrate requirements into cross-functional business processes.
• Optimize workflows through automation, including evidence collection and unified controls management.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary liaison for internal stakeholders, external auditors, and certification bodies.

Requirements

• Must meet FedRAMP access requirements.
• 7+ years of experience in compliance or GRC, including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of information security governance, risk management, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and related frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for working with executives, auditors, customers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with staffing strategy, responsibility assignment, metrics, reporting, and complex decision-making.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or another relevant certification.
