Coordinator Food & Beverage Operations

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; onsite. Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, holidays, split days off, and work in a 24 × 7 environment.

Salary: $45,000–$65,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Administer weekly tip pools and gratuity distributions, including validation, reconciliation, reporting, discrepancy research, and coordination with Payroll and Finance.
• Coordinate credit card disputes and chargebacks by tracking cases, collecting documentation, preparing responses, and maintaining records.
• Support financial reconciliation and reporting, including transaction research, revenue and payment tracking, invoice and BEO reconciliation, and outstanding-balance monitoring.
• Renew department health permits and liquor licenses, and coordinate departmental approval paperwork, timesheets, expenses, and procurement requisitions.
• Serve as a liaison for Food & Beverage employees and assist management with employee issue resolution.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate repairs with Facilities and vendors, maintain records, and support special projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in administrative operations, finance support, accounting support, payroll, or a related role, preferably in hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a high-volume operation.
• Strong experience with financial reconciliation, reporting, data validation, discrepancy resolution, and supporting documentation or audit trails.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, analyzing, and reconciling large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, communication, collaboration, and discretion when handling confidential financial and employee information.
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas and maintain a flexible 24 × 7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required certifications: TAM Card and Food Handler’s Card.
