QA Engineer (SDET, Web3)

Location: Remote within the EU

Salary: Up to $90,000 base annually, plus tokens and growth shares.

Institutional blockchain company building RWA yield vaults on Solana with its own liquidity layer, fully composable with Solana DeFi.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Kotlin, or similar technologies.
• Develop automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Test on-chain workflows involving wallets, transactions, and smart contract interactions.
• Identify bugs, assess risks, and collaborate with engineers on resolution.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage, reliability, and product quality.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of QA, SDET, or software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding and test automation experience.
• Experience building and maintaining test frameworks rather than only executing inherited scripts.
• At least 1 year of Web3 or blockchain testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with wallets, transactions, smart contracts, or comparable on-chain workflows.
• Experience with API testing, CI/CD, and modern automation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ethereum, EVM, Solana, or another blockchain ecosystem.
