Build and Pipeline Programmer (Unreal Engine)

What you will do

• Define solution requirements and specifications with leads and other engineers.
• Design and implement technical solutions for production pipeline and development tool needs.
• Debug and optimize code for performance and quality.
• Assess and communicate the impact of code changes.
• Test new features, suggest improvements, and participate in code reviews.
• Track relevant technology trends and apply effective solutions to challenging technical problems.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Python and C#.
• Familiarity with the production pipeline and tools of Unreal Engine or other game engines.
• Experience with continuous integration, automated tools, package versioning, and distribution.
• Solid understanding of systems design, user experience, algorithms, and API architecture, design, and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for video games.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Experience with Jenkins, AWS, or Amazon GameLift.
