What you will do

• Streamline the production pipeline to ensure seamless flow of assets from art creation to integration.
• Build and maintain custom tools and scripts that automate tedious, repetitive tasks.
• Enhance collaboration between artists, animators, and developers, creating tools that enable smooth communication.
• Oversee asset management and integration, ensuring that all assets are optimized and efficiently managed.
• Continuously assess current workflows and suggest improvements for faster and smoother asset integration.

Requirements

• Video/mobile game development experience is a must.
• Proficient in Python, C#, MEL, or similar scripting languages.
• Solid knowledge of production pipelines and workflows.
• Experience with tools like Unreal Engine or Unity is a must.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with artistic and technical teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a passion for solving complex issues.
