Senior Growth Product Manager (China Market)

Location: 100% remote

Online English education platform serving children aged 4–12, with more than 100,000 students across 50+ countries.

What you will do

• Design and implement China-specific customer funnel approaches.
• Analyze funnel data, identify conversion leaks, and turn insights into high-impact product features.
• Design and test trial experiences and product mixes that create clear customer value and improve sales conversion.
• Own the customer conversion journey from sign-up through trial completion, including payment windows, pricing, and CRM control.
• Lead the China launch of the offering while maximizing conversions.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Engineering to align acquisition strategies with high-converting customer journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on Mainland China.
• Proven record of successful product design and strong commercial intuition.
• Advanced skills in performance tracking, product analytics, data manipulation, and funnel presentation.
• Experience managing Agile processes with engineering teams and scaling prototypes with technical excellence.
• Experience working with JIRA and Slack in a distributed environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
