Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the full software engineering lifecycle from design and development through deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, and SQL databases.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into technical solutions.
• Lead architectural decisions and build scalable, maintainable, reliable services.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and support processes while troubleshooting incidents and complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold standards for code quality, security, performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the role is performed.
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end production feature ownership.
• Experience with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to turn business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience managing both development and operational aspects of software, including performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Prior senior-level experience mentoring or guiding team members, plus a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
