DTE Audit & Compliance Manager (Sr. Principal Analyst)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid: remote work up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $164,400–$246,600 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Coordinate DTE audit, inspection, and compliance activities across GxP, Internal Audit, and operational audit programs.
• Manage audit and inspection readiness, including stakeholder preparation, request management, evidence collection, walkthroughs, and auditor communications.
• Track audit findings, observations, CAPAs, management responses, action plans, and remediation commitments through closure.
• Lead remediation meetings, monitor deadlines, escalate risks, and report status to leadership.
• Develop and improve compliance dashboards, metrics, trend analysis, and governance reporting.
• Partner with Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, SOX PMO, system owners, business teams, and external auditors or inspectors.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT Compliance, Quality, Internal Audit, SOX, GxP Compliance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, remediation, and risk mitigation in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, NIST SP 800-53, GDPR, General IT Controls, and audit methodologies.
• Experience overseeing contractors or managed service providers and reporting compliance metrics to leadership.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder alignment, and influence skills in complex matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of application and system development methodologies and IT Service Management practices.
