Client Delivery Associate (Identity and Fraud)

What you will do

• Support client workshops and meetings by capturing requirements, actions, and project outputs.
• Gather and analyse data and straightforward requirements under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Prepare requirement drafts, process flows, meeting outputs, and other project documentation.
• Work within the Software Delivery Lifecycle and maintain requirements logs, configuration records, test evidence, and issue trackers.
• Support solution configuration and testing while building knowledge of client use cases, fraud prevention, and financial services.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, delivery leads, project managers, and other partners.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical, analytical, project delivery, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Interest in technology, software solutions, systems, and delivery methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data analysis concepts.
• Exposure to XML and JSON.
• Understanding of software development, implementation, or solution delivery lifecycles.
• Interest in fraud prevention, financial services, data analytics, or decisioning technologies.
• Experience with client-facing projects or solution configuration.
