Social Content Producer – Short-Form (Internship)

Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain, at the hirify.global headquarters and on set with the team.

Salary: €1,040 gross per month for a 40-hour week (€8.50 per hour), prorated for a shorter agreed schedule.

What you will do

• Turn social content ideas into video briefs covering hooks, structure, format, platform, length, calls to action and distribution.
• Draft and refine short-form scripts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Coordinate shoots, tasks, owners, deadlines and review rounds in Notion.
• Prepare hosts, attend shoots, protect the brief and capture additional material for other channels.
• Publish content across platforms using copy, tagging, tracked links, scheduling and quality checks in Oktopost.
• Report on content performance and identify patterns to repeat or discontinue.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with social platforms and the ability to explain why content works.
• Excellent, fast writing skills for briefs, scripts, captions and feedback notes.
• Good understanding of hooks, pacing and audience retention.
• Strong organization across multiple shoots, platforms and review rounds.
• Fluent English is required because all content and internal work are in English.
• Currently enrolled at a university or vocational training centre able to sign a curricular or extracurricular training agreement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oktopost, Later, ManyChat or similar scheduling and advocacy tools.
• Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere or Edits.
• Experience growing a personal social media account.
