Marketing Internship within a Recruitment Company

Location: Málaga, Spain; work from one of the company offices is required during the internship

What you will do

• Create and edit content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Manage and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and suggest performance improvements.
• Support email campaign creation, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market and competitor research and present findings to the marketing team.
• Assist with keyword research, on-page SEO, graphic design, analytics, and marketing reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements

• Currently studying marketing or a related field.
• Available for a 3–6 month full-time internship.
• Able to start in September or October 2026.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
• Basic digital marketing knowledge, social media trend awareness, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
