We are looking for a Marketing & Website Manager (SEO) 🚀

💼 Responsibilities:
— Own and coordinate website promotion activities to increase organic visibility, traffic, and brand awareness
— Manage and update website content in WordPress, ensuring quality, relevance, and brand consistency
— Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
— Research keywords, competitors, search trends, and new opportunities for organic growth
— Improve the company's online presence across relevant media, industry platforms, directories, and other digital channels
— Identify opportunities for company mentions, expert content, partnerships, and external publications
— Collaborate with developers and designers to improve website performance, usability, and technical SEO
— Coordinate content creation and optimization based on SEO and marketing priorities
— Monitor website and marketing performance using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and similar tools
— Track SEO and marketing KPIs, analyze results, and report progress to management
— Use AI tools to optimize SEO, content, research, and marketing workflows

🧠 Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or SEO
— Strong hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO
— Experience with website optimization and organic traffic growth
— Hands-on experience managing websites with WordPress
— Practical experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools
— Understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and website quality metrics
— Experience working with content and optimizing it for search engines
— Understanding of digital marketing channels and online brand positioning
— Confident use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
— Strong organizational and project coordination skills
— Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
— Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity
— English — B2+
— Ukrainian OR Russian — C1+
— Residence outside Russia & Belarus

💫 Nice to have:
— Experience developing a company's presence across industry media, directories, communities, and other external platforms
— Experience with digital PR, brand mentions, partnerships, or external publications
— Experience with inbound marketing and lead generation through organic channels
— Experience with content marketing or copywriting
— Basic knowledge of HTML
— Experience with GA4 and marketing analytics
— Understanding of link-building principles and backlink quality
— Experience coordinating developers, designers, and content specialists on marketing initiatives
— Ability to independently identify and test new opportunities for organic and brand growth
