Associate Engineer, Equipment Engineering (Lithography)

Location: Singapore; on-site production-floor role with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Follow standard operating procedures and carry out CAS activities according to specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain support tools to keep production equipment ready and fit for use.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and help minimize production downtime.
• Assist with the installation, hookup, and upgrading of equipment.
• Use SPC monitoring tools and measurement instruments for process monitoring and data collection.
• Document line issues, maintain accurate handovers, support wafer scrap reduction, and coordinate with specialists.

Requirements

• Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering: Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and support overtime.
• Logical, self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined, and accountable.
• Good teamwork and ownership skills.
