Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design across the OpsUnity platform, including planning tools, real-time trackers, and operational dashboards.
• Create interfaces for fast-moving kitchen and fulfillment environments where speed and error prevention are critical.
• Translate resource planning, capacity visualization, bottleneck analysis, labor tracking, and task workflows into clear interfaces.
• Define shared patterns, components, and standards to create a consistent design language across products and teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations leadership, and individual platform teams to understand needs and align solutions.
• Use operational context, user observation, platform data, and AI-assisted workflows to validate designs and accelerate prototyping.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, focused on complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products.
• Experience designing operational, enterprise, internal-platform, B2B, logistics, supply chain, or similar tools.
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills, particularly for dense workflows requiring clarity and error prevention.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and AI-assisted workflows including generative prototyping, Claude, or v0.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and products and communicate directly with operators and technical teams.
• Experience designing for mobile or tablet use in physical work environments and familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript are advantageous.
