Senior Clinical Data Manager (Clinical Data Management)

Location: Remote; US pay range applies

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead clinical data management activities for assigned studies across the full data management lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between sponsor personnel and internal clinical data management teams.
• Oversee database design, validation, maintenance, data cleaning, reconciliation, reporting, and database freeze or lock activities.
• Develop and review data management plans, CRFs, eCRF completion guidelines, edit check specifications, testing plans, training materials, and sponsor UAT packages.
• Monitor study timelines, deliverables, data quality, issues, trends, queries, and corrective action plans.
• Delegate work, mentor junior staff, support study meetings and training, and contribute to process improvement and proposal defenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology studies, or a higher degree in a health-related field, preferred.
• 8+ years of clinical data management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and clinical trial methodology.
• Experience with EDC and clinical data management systems.
• Strong project management, study leadership, work planning, and delegation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Project and MS Excel.
