Technical Lead

What you will do

• Own technical design and execution for major products, systems, and engineering initiatives.
• Design scalable and reliable backend, frontend, API, database, and infrastructure systems.
• Build alongside engineers through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
• Drive architecture decisions and trade-offs involving speed, scalability, reliability, cost, and maintainability.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into clear technical solutions and execution plans.
• Raise engineering quality through system design, testing, security, observability, development practices, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Deep expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong system design, architecture, and coding skills, with willingness to remain hands-on.
• Experience technically leading major engineering projects from design through production.
• Ability to make sound technical trade-offs, influence engineers, and solve complex production problems.
• Strong English communication is required for collaboration across global teams.
