Clinical Lead, Health Solutions (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Toronto-area employees living within 65 km of the downtown headquarters collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday.

Compensation: $120,600–$150,000 CAD annually for Canada applicants; exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design care pathways grounded in high-value actions, evidence-based practice, and patient engagement.
• Evaluate and clinically validate capabilities, programs, content, and care pathways against current standards of care.
• Develop and maintain evaluation rubrics and golden datasets for AI-agent governance.
• Review and grade AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, scope, and usefulness.
• Apply clinical governance and safety standards while partnering with compliance and regulatory teams.
• Support product development, customer delivery, growth, and clinical value narratives across solution areas.

Requirements

• Active clinical license required, such as RN, NP, MD/DO, or an equivalent regulated clinical credential.
• 5+ years of clinical practice and direct patient care experience.
• Familiarity with CIHI, HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, and NCQA accreditation standards.
• Experience with regulatory bodies, clinical content review, and assessing AI-generated output for accuracy and safety.
• Strong ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, patient-facing experiences.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in population health, care or case management, managed care, or chronic disease management.
• Experience or interest in building QA frameworks, evaluation rubrics, or golden datasets for AI-generated content.
