Systems Engineer (Microsoft Azure)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; flexible hybrid work model

Salary: €3,800–€5,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and improve Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server environments and related infrastructure services.
• Maintain reliable and secure email services across Exchange and Exchange Online environments.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and recoverability of business-critical services.
• Implement automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Resolve complex infrastructure and production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and collaborate with Network, Security, and Service Desk teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience administering Microsoft Windows Server.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and related Windows infrastructure services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting business-critical production environments, including incident management and problem solving.
• Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware virtualization and VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Experience with Linux, particularly Ubuntu.
• Experience with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring and observability platforms.
• Experience with Ansible, AWS, other public cloud platforms, or Kubernetes/Tanzu.
