Linux System Administrator (Infrastructure): Build, monitor, maintain, automate, and support growing global infrastructure with an accent on incident response, debugging production issues, and infrastructure optimization. Focus on shift rotations for alerts, implementing automation with Ansible and Terraform, and turning findings into repeatable processes.

Location: Work from modern offices in Kaunas and Vilnius (Lithuania), from home, or anywhere in the world with shift flexibility (09:00-18:00 / 17:00-02:00).

Gross salary 1900–3305 EUR/month (depends on experience).

What you will do

• Participate in shift rotations to respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents using Prometheus, Grafana, and Alert Manager.
• Debug production issues with full infrastructure access, bash commands, logs, services, and network/firewall troubleshooting.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and document actions to create repeatable processes and automation.
• Optimize and implement automation across projects using Ansible and Terraform.
• Collaborate asynchronously with system, software, and network engineers while constantly learning.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux system administration and passion for monitoring-driven operations.
• Practical knowledge of bash for debugging logs, services, and network/firewall issues.
• Insatiable appetite for learning and innovative problem-solving.
• Team player with proactive attitude and strong asynchronous communication skills.

Nice to have

• Scripting capabilities in Python, PHP, Bash, Go, Ruby, or other languages.
