TL;DR
IT Workplace Administrator (IT Support/System Administration): Prepare and maintain employee laptops, resolve hardware/software/connectivity and access issues, and administer SaaS workplace tools with an accent on endpoint management, access control, and secure onboarding. Focus on keeping devices and systems up-to-date, running audits with accurate asset inventories, and improving incident handling and office IT peripherals.
Location: On-site in Vilnius
Salary: Gross from 3000 EUR/month (depending on experience)

What you will do
- Prepare and maintain macOS/Windows laptops for newcomers, including global hardware shipment setup and collection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee-reported issues (software, hardware, connectivity, and access) both remotely and on-site.
- Administer workplace SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Atlassian (Jira), and VPN access (NordLayer).
- Support system upgrades, security updates, access management for internal/external systems, and endpoint protection basics.
- Maintain asset inventories, run regular system audits, and manage secure retirement/disposal of old IT equipment.
- Document processes and updates; support onboarding and office peripherals (printers, TVs with BrightSign, video conferencing systems).
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Windows/macOS device management, and SaaS tools.
- Fluency in Lithuanian is mandatory.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Good understanding of IT security principles, access management, and endpoint protection basics.
