Release Manager

Location: Poland; remote/office work format. Availability to travel up to two weeks per month.

What you will do

• Plan and manage Release Trains and release schedules across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Coordinate release readiness activities and support go-live execution.
• Create and improve deployment runbooks, rollback plans, release checklists, and operational documentation.
• Facilitate production deployments and coordinate post-release support.
• Manage release risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while coordinating communication with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in release management, delivery excellence, and operational stability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Release Management, Technical Project Management, DevOps, or a related role.
• Experience managing Release Trains and release planning activities.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with deployment runbooks, rollback procedures, and operational documentation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery and collaboration tools, plus strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
