EU Brand Protection Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Cork, Ireland, with 3 days on site.

What you will do

• Monitor parallel trade across EU markets, identify unauthorized distribution and gray-market activity, and implement strategies to reduce revenue leakage.
• Investigate altered, counterfeit, and non-compliant SKUs, coordinating with Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams on product deviations and corrective actions.
• Design monitoring systems and conduct audits to detect fraud, misreporting, and misuse of promotions, rebates, discounts, and distributor incentive programs.
• Analyze sales data, distribution flows, and market trends; develop dashboards and KPIs to track brand protection and compliance risks.
• Manage third-party investigators, brand protection agencies, and legal counsel while ensuring compliance with EU legal frameworks and internal standards.
• Execute EU distribution strategy, strengthen distributor partnerships, optimize performance and SLAs, and support marketing, training, and distribution technology initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in brand protection, compliance, anti-counterfeiting, or distribution control.
• Strong understanding of EU trade regulations, parallel trade dynamics, and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting investigations, audits, and enforcement actions.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to work on site in Cork 3 days per week.
