Host & Producer (Bitcoin)

Location: Remote within the United States; base must be in New York City to be close to leadership and team members for productions.

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annual salary depending on experience, plus equity.

What you will do

• Serve as the recognizable on-camera face of medium-length scripted videos across multiple channels.
• Shoot and produce footage independently in varied locations while maintaining production quality without a studio or crew.
• Plan, scout, and manage end-to-end shoot logistics to deliver high-quality footage on schedule.
• Define the creative direction for editing, color, sound, B-roll, and motion graphics, and direct the editor.
• Conduct interviews for feature-style videos when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Video Content Strategist to adapt scripts to a natural presenting voice.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to present scripted explainers clearly and warmly.
• Ability to make complex financial and Bitcoin topics simple and human on camera.
• Proven self-shooting experience with a portfolio of footage personally shot and produced.
• Production skills in framing, lighting, and audio that can be executed without a crew.
• Ownership mindset, willingness to iterate, curiosity about money and Bitcoin, and strong integrity.
• Must be based in New York City while working remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Editing experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
• Motion graphics or animation experience.
• Background in finance, economics, or journalism.
• Interviewing experience.

Hiring process

• 30-minute interview with the Chief Operating Officer, portfolio review with team members, and a paid take-home shoot-and-present exercise.
