Senior AI Engineer (Europe Based)

Location: Fully remote for Europe-based candidates, aligned with CET

Salary: Up to $180K base salary, plus equity and bonus

An emerging stealth prediction markets company, founded after a $4M raise, is building a production-grade AI platform for real-time market decisions.

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale the AI systems powering the prediction markets platform.
• Own the full model lifecycle, from embeddings and data pipelines through pre-training and post-training.
• Build robust AI infrastructure for reliable, performant, and correct production operation.
• Apply AI to real-time data and technically demanding market environments.
• Shape the AI foundation of an early-stage product with high ownership and direct technical impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade AI systems rather than prototypes or demos.
• Hands-on expertise with embeddings, model training, pre-training, and post-training.
• Experience designing and shipping robust AI infrastructure beyond lightweight agent or application-layer workflows.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and sound judgment around production trade-offs, reliability, performance, and scale.
• Must be based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with quantitative finance, trading, prediction markets, or financial markets.
• Web3 or crypto experience is not required.
