Lead Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote; fully remote setup. Relocation support is available to hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain, including flights, temporary accommodation, and legal setup if needed.

What you will do

• Lead a team of product analysts supporting product and business teams.
• Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Growth teams on fundamental research and analytical requests.
• Monitor existing metrics for financial products, identify improvement areas, and develop new decision-making metrics.
• Build clear data visualizations and reports for business and product teams.
• Help plan data structures and improve data quality for new products and features.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a data or product analyst.
• Experience leading a team of data analysts.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, data visualization, and BI tools.
• Strong Python skills, including Pandas, NumPy, Statsmodels, and Matplotlib.
• Experience planning data structures for new products and features.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Product analytics experience in fintech.
• Experience using LLMs or AI for analytical purposes.
