HR Specialist

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid work

What you will do

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Support employee relations, performance management, promotions, and compensation processes.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records in compliance with Polish employment law and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze people data, and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives, HR projects, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and HR best practices, including employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset and working knowledge of Excel and HR systems.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
