HR Service Delivery Generalist I, Central Europe

What you will do

• Independently manage and resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle.
• Interpret HR policies and processes, determine appropriate resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Own end-to-end case management, prioritization, and timely delivery of consistent service outcomes.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Specialists and People Partners on complex cases.
• Maintain and enhance HR knowledge documentation and workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR experience or equivalent experience.
• Ability to independently manage HR cases and apply judgment within defined policies.
• Proficiency in HR systems, case management tools, and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
