What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and related technologies.
• Develop AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, and external LLM platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and the broader software development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain integrations with external applications and systems using REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce applications and integrations, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce security and development standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of demonstrable software development experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, Salesforce Lightning Framework, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce data models, standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment processes.
