Senior ICM Developer (SAP)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

What you will do

• Configure and maintain complex SAP incentive compensation calculation rules.
• Translate compensation plans into system logic, including rate tables, tiered curves, accelerators, thresholds, caps, and clawbacks.
• Develop eligibility and crediting rules based on roles, hierarchies, territories, and business units.
• Support compensation cycles, including accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, and final payouts.
• Design multi-step approval workflows with conditional routing, notifications, and escalation triggers.
• Validate inbound data, troubleshoot calculation discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience with SAP-based incentive compensation systems.
• Strong understanding of incentive plan design and payout mechanics.
• Hands-on experience configuring calculation rules and advanced workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system logic.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP HR or Finance integrations.
• Familiarity with compensation accrual and reconciliation processes.
• Background in Sales Operations or Compensation Operations.
