System Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and refine user and product requirements, coordinating with developers on implementation and testing.
• Support system and medical risk management activities to ensure product safety for patients and caregivers.
• Integrate deliverables from subsystem design teams and external partners, including testing.
• Resolve systems-related technical issues using structured problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys, Pareto charts, and cause-and-effect diagrams.
• Simulate therapy algorithms with Matlab/Simulink and apply engineering concepts to electromechanical systems with software, connectivity, and usability aspects.
• Prepare requirements documentation, traceability matrices, final reports, and follow DFx practices.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Electronics and Communication, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Ability to apply engineering concepts to electromechanical systems with software, functionality, connectivity, and usability considerations.
• Academic electromechanical project demonstrating relevant engineering skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with testing data analysis and sample size calculations.
