Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite shift work supporting continuous production

What you will do

• Support continuous production through shift-based online equipment coverage.
• Maintain equipment performance against quality, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle-time targets.
• Report machine status and issues to the EE Leader and Engineer, and conduct final product test conversions.
• Apply 6S practices and help reduce machine downtime while improving MTBA and MTBF.
• Support engineering project follow-ups and train operators on machine operation.
• Issue, replace, and track spare parts and related records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of Assy DA equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment and process operations, machine troubleshooting, alarm handling, and device changes.
• Experience with routine machine and tooling preventive maintenance.
• Ability to generate reports and analyze machine alarms.
• Engineering diploma preferred; workable English and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
