Anaplan Analyst (Anaplan)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution design and architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Workforce Planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models using DISCO, PLANS, and ALM best practices.
• Design model architecture, data hubs, spoke models, integration strategies, and deployment approaches.
• Integrate Anaplan with Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Azure, and other systems using APIs and ETL tools.
• Optimize model performance, manage production deployment and hypercare, and ensure governance and role-based access control.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions while mentoring model builders and junior consultants.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall IT experience, including 2–3+ years implementing Anaplan solutions.
• Strong Anaplan model-building expertise; Level 3 certification is preferred.
• Experience with DISCO, PLANS, data hub architecture, ALM, and deployment strategy.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale planning solutions and understanding FP&A, Sales Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with Anaplan Connect, REST APIs, CloudWorks, and ETL tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
