Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET + React)

What you will do

• Design and build microservices and modern React and .NET applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and technical teams to identify customer needs and define product features.
• Evaluate and implement cloud platforms, containerization, React, and .NET technologies.
• Support technical planning, effort estimates, new concepts, and feature roadmaps.
• Contribute to frontend and backend architecture and engineering decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain quality through engineering practices, peer feedback, and automated testing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with C#/.NET Core and React.
• Experience developing high-volume, low-latency applications and services.
• Strong expertise in microservices, micro frontends, BFF, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, Azure, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience with clinical trials or clinical research platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare environments.
