Staff Product Designer, Growth (AI)

What you will do

• Own product design across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion.
• Identify growth opportunities across the user journey and build the case for prioritizing them.
• Explore generative AI experiences that shorten the path from first visit to user value and personalize activation at scale.
• Build lean experiments and measure their impact in an entrepreneurial, ambiguous environment.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to solve AI quality, discoverability, and engagement challenges.
• Mentor designers and contribute to design systems, internal tooling, and design quality standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles.
• 2–3 years operating at Staff or Principal level with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear, user-focused products and strategies with measurable user experience and business impact.
• Deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling.
• Experience collaborating with product management, UX design, and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of UX practices, information architecture, user-centered design, communication, and autonomous prioritization.

Nice to have

• Experience with growth, lifecycle, or onboarding-focused design tools and experimentation platforms.
