Senior Analyst, Business Development

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $70,000–$130,000 in Bentonville; higher ranges apply to Bellevue, Washington, and Hoboken, New Jersey. Additional performance bonuses and potential stock compensation are available.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal and external business relationships, aligning stakeholders around mutual value, risks, and objectives.
• Manage sales and account strategies, negotiate purchasing needs, and oversee partner contract performance.
• Analyze costs, communicate financial plans, optimize profit and loss, and reconcile expenditures against operating plans.
• Track accounts receivable, financial schedules, and operational planning activities while identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance on business practices, processes, and action plans.
• Build partnerships, identify business needs, implement solutions, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or two years of experience in business development, market development, product development, or a related area.
• Experience with business relationships, sales or account management, financial analysis, procurement, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to apply company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements while delivering business results.
