What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software supporting embodied AI, robotics, and machine-learning research.
• Architect and implement test automation infrastructure for robotics and AI systems.
• Build training and evaluation pipelines, including workflows using Azure Machine Learning.
• Prepare, curate, transform, and convert robotic demonstration datasets for model training.
• Integrate robotic control and perception stacks, simulation environments, and physical robotic platforms.
• Troubleshoot production systems, perform unit testing, and document research and engineering work.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of related professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design, and complex software systems.
• Professional programming experience with strong debugging and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience with robotic hardware or simulation environments.
• Experience with machine-learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow and with AI development or training workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience training or fine-tuning robotic learning models, especially Vision-Language-Action models.
• Experience with diffusion models, reinforcement-learning policies, robotic perception, or control systems.
• Experience with robotic platforms, robotic arms, simulation-to-hardware workflows, or robotic foundation models.
• Experience developing ML deployment pipelines, automated testing infrastructure, or adapting systems to robotics APIs.
• Experience in agile research or engineering environments with evolving experimental priorities.
