Contracts Manager (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Lead the administration and management of EPC, procurement, consultancy, and service contracts for the ADNOC Offshore Project.
• Interpret contractual provisions, monitor contractor performance, and maintain contract records, registers, and reporting systems.
• Manage amendments, variations, change orders, and the contract change-control process.
• Assess contractor claims, counterclaims, disputes, entitlement, substantiation, and contractual validity.
• Support tendering, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, settlement discussions, and procurement compliance.
• Identify contractual risks, advise project leadership, coordinate with stakeholders and legal advisors, and prepare governance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in Contracts, Commercial, and Project Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 10 years in senior Contracts Management roles on major EPC/EPCI projects.
• Proven experience managing contracts for offshore oil and gas projects, including contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC contracting and commercial practices.
• Knowledge of EPC contract management, FIDIC conditions, procurement and tendering, risk management, and contract negotiation.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Contract Law, or Project Management.
• Experience with ADNOC Offshore Projects, offshore platforms and facilities, gas processing, compression facilities, greenfield EPC/EPCI, or brownfield modifications and tie-ins.
• Experience with large capital projects exceeding USD 500 million.
