Lead Compliance Operations Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Track regulatory obligations, licensing conditions, and operational actions across multiple licensed jurisdictions.
• Implement new licences by developing SOPs, process documentation, implementation checklists, and business-readiness materials.
• Monitor compliance processes, identify and escalate risks, and manage overdue actions.
• Prepare operational reports, implementation updates, and management briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate regulatory implementation with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations, and regional teams.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, gap assessments, remediation initiatives, and operational reviews.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations, PMO, or a similar role in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong organisational, project coordination, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to develop clear SOPs, process documentation, and management reports.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Crypto or digital asset experience.
