Client Delivery Partner - Industry Solutions (Financial Services)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; 3 days per week in-office

What you will do

• Lead large transformational deals from origination through strategic pursuit, negotiation, close, and delivery stabilization.
• Direct matrixed, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams while serving as the primary customer-facing executive.
• Shape deal content, commercial propositions, business outcomes, deal pillars, proposals, and workstream scope.
• Coordinate Microsoft resources across product development, research and development, delivery, customer success, advisors, and partners.
• Mobilize delivery teams, lead steering committees, and provide executive decisions and escalation management.
• Manage deal financial performance, including Azure Consumed Revenue, ISD revenue, margins, forecasts, proposals, and change requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field with 12+ years of solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience; or a master’s degree with 10+ years of experience; equivalent experience is also considered.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience leading strategic deals, negotiations, delivery execution, and customer executive relationships.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant solution delivery experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and financial management, including profit and loss.
