Senior Software Developer (w/ Creatio Experience) Full Time / Contract / Contract-to-Hire

Location: Permanent remote; work from anywhere. Core availability required from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM Philippines time.

What you will do

• Design and build custom sections, pages, objects, and details across Creatio Studio, Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Develop Freedom UI pages with declarative views, view models, request handlers, converters, and validators.
• Maintain Classic UI schemas and migrate existing sections to Freedom UI as clients upgrade.
• Model and optimize BPMN business processes, build DCM cases, and debug production behavior using process logs.
• Develop C# server-side customizations and integrations using REST, SOAP, OData 4, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and XML.
• Manage SQL-based data analysis and migration, deployments across environments, package dependencies, testing, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of total IT experience, including hands-on Creatio development and customization.
• Working knowledge of both Creatio Classic UI and Freedom UI.
• Strong C# and .NET skills, plus JavaScript for client-side development.
• Integration experience with REST, SOAP, OData, OAuth 2.0, and JSON or XML payloads.
• Solid SQL skills with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server for analysis and data migration.
• Availability for core overlap from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM Philippines time.

Nice to have

• Creatio certifications and experience with automated Creatio package deployment.
• Git or SVN and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Creatio access rights modeling, mobile customization, Angular, or Creatio.ai experience.
• Agile or Scrum delivery experience.
