Forward Deployed Engineer, Professional Services (Cloudflare Workers)

Location: United Kingdom; the role includes hands-on, onsite engagement with customers and may require an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Advise strategic enterprise customers on hirify.global solutions, especially Workers and Workers AI.
• Lead architecture discussions, design sessions, and solution reviews for customer environments.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and develop strategic solutions with Support and Product teams.
• Manage complex configurations with Terraform to maintain customer operational stability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Product Management, and Engineering to bring customer insights into the product roadmap.
• Advise on security, network optimization, scalability, performance tuning, and evolving hirify.global capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
• Background in cloud networking, security, or web infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global’s application and security portfolio, including DNS, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, and CDN.
• Hands-on experience securing web applications, APIs, and web services.
• Experience working with hirify.global products in enterprise accounts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and consultative communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding experience with hirify.global Workers and Workers AI.
• Previous experience in customer onsite placement.
