Senior Software Developer (Windows)

Location: Hybrid in Huntsville, Alabama, United States

What you will do

• Develop low-level Windows software for a commercial cybersecurity product.
• Build capabilities across security technologies, hardware architectures, and operating systems.
• Work on systems-level security engineering supporting national security missions.
• Debug Windows filesystem, IRP, and I/O request handling issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to solve complex security and software problems.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must meet the requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance.
• Experience with C/C++ development.
• Knowledge of Windows OS internals, including filesystems, IRP, and I/O request handling.
• Proficiency with WinDbg or Visual Studio Debugger.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Nice to have

• Windows driver development with WDM or WDK.
• Batch scripting and Python experience.
• Jira, Jenkins, and Pytest.
• TPM, Secure Boot, cryptography, and cryptographic algorithm implementation.
• Assembly, virtualization, concurrency, and parallelism experience.
