Portfolio Analytics and Strategy Analyst

Location: New York, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Provide financial and regulatory reporting and analysis while maintaining controls over reporting processes.
• Run complex business performance, risk, and operational analytics, including analysis of market, credit, and operational risk.
• Analyze large datasets to improve risk-adjusted returns, support profitable growth, and develop portfolio and business strategies.
• Apply predictive models and third-party data to create segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies.
• Design and monitor analytical tests and reporting with business, credit, data, and model development partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and business partners to establish credit risk appetite, policies, and monitoring procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of data analytics, financial analysis, credit risk, operational risk, predictive analytics, and quantitative models.
• Understanding of banking products, financial instruments, performance measurement, pricing analytics, and the regulatory environment for financial services.
• Ability to work in the New York office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
