Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist – Risk Management (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead and mature the cybersecurity risk management program across identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Maintain the enterprise cybersecurity risk register, documenting risks, issues, exceptions, mitigation plans, ownership, and remediation progress.
• Conduct risk assessments for projects, technologies, third parties, and business initiatives, providing practical risk-based recommendations.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders on risk treatment plans and risk acceptance decisions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for cybersecurity leadership and governance committees.
• Improve risk methodologies, scoring models, control expectations, governance processes, and performance indicators aligned with industry frameworks.

Requirements

• French and English bilingualism is required.
• At least seven years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security and telecommunications.
• Experience with risk analysis methodologies and security standards such as ISO and NIST.
• Knowledge of threat modeling methodology.
• Initiative, leadership, collaboration, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Industry-recognized certification such as CISSP, CISA, CIRISC, or CISM.
