What you will do

• Own meaningful problems within the relevant function, including shipping products, closing revenue, supporting merchants, or operating business systems.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.
• Collaborate across teams to solve cross-functional problems.
• Use data, modern tools, and AI to improve decision-making and operational leverage.
• Contribute to the in-person Columbus HQ hub and own measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in a relevant Tech, Go-To-Market, or G&A function with clear examples of impact.
• Experience at a fast-growing startup or technology company.
• Ability to work with shifting priorities, ambiguity, data, and modern tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• High standards, strong ownership, and alignment with Loop's core values.
• Based in Columbus, Ohio, or willing to relocate to Columbus and work from the HQ.
