Service Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Plan and oversee accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting support and client service.
• Manage client engagement models, client health reporting, delivery metrics, and operational performance against service standards.
• Build relationships from daily users through client decision-makers and develop an understanding of client business and product needs.
• Coordinate the resolution of daily client inquiries and projects, provide client training, and reduce downtime and support costs through proactive service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate service value and identify opportunities for expanded support.
• Aggregate client feedback, maintain knowledge of product enhancements and investment accounting changes, and help improve operations and product offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment management, insurance, fintech, investment accounting, financial services, or investment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field, or relevant professional experience.
• Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities; able to work proactively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of structured products, derivatives, and fixed-income securities.
